Mediation is a way to help find that peaceful place we all long for. It helps you deal with stress, and helps to strengthen your intuition. Our group meets each week, except some holidays, come when you can. We practice different types of meditation, though generally it is a guided meditation. The meditation starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. and we are done by 8:00 p.m. ; if you have questions feel free to come early (6-6:30 p.m.). Parking is behind the building.

Reiki is a Japanese practice that helps with relaxation and stress reduction and can support healing. This technique is based on being able to replenish our life force energy with healing energy from the Universe. This class is formatted for kids (age 5 and older) – they will be attuned and learn how to do Reiki using hands-on techniques. $75 per child
